The NVIDIA Nemotron Coalition, which develops open frontier AI models, has expanded its membership. New partners hcompany_ai, NousResearch, and PrimeIntellect join existing members. PrimeIntellect contributes reinforcement learning (RL) infrastructure and environments to help scale agentic capabilities (AI systems for autonomous multi-step actions).
This expansion continues NVIDIA's collaborative effort to accelerate development. The focus on agentic capabilities, with contributions like those from PrimeIntellect, is key for advancing autonomous AI systems, following the NVIDIA Nemotron 3 Ultra model's release for faster, cheaper reasoning. The NVIDIA Nemotron Coalition works to advance open, frontier-level models.
A bigger coalition means more hands on future Nemotron releases, building on members like Mistral AI already in the fold. The open models are already moving downstream — Perplexity has added Nemotron 3 Ultra for its subscribers.
