By using HeadsUpAI (headsupai.io) — a service provided by Harikrishnan, Chennai, India — you agree to these terms.

The service. HeadsUpAI is a personalized AI news and updates platform. We curate and write summaries of publicly available AI developments and link to the original sources. Summaries are AI-assisted and provided "as is" — we aim for accuracy but can't guarantee it, so always verify critical information against the original source.
Your conduct. You're responsible for activity under your account. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it at scale.
Content & attribution. Editorial content we create belongs to HeadsUpAI. Source material, logos, and media we reference belong to their respective owners. We summarize publicly available information and link to original sources. This constitutes fair dealing for the purposes of news reporting, criticism, and review under applicable law.
Copyright & takedowns. If you believe content on HeadsUpAI infringes your copyright, email privacy@headsupai.io with: the work concerned, the URL on HeadsUpAI, your contact details, and a good-faith statement that the use isn't authorized. We'll review and remove infringing material promptly.
Disclaimer & liability. HeadsUpAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We provide information, not professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the feed.
Changes & termination. We may update the service or these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
