How we write HeadsUpAI's news and updates

HeadsUpAI is a curated feed — not an automated dump of everything posted about AI. Everything we publish goes through a defined process, from sourcing to publishing. Here's how it's made, and the standards we hold to.

  1. Sourcing

We track 100+ sources, and growing, across the AI ecosystem — the companies building AI, the products shipping it, and the researchers and builders shaping where it's going. We vet every source before adding it.

  2. Curation

Not everything becomes a post. We surface what matters — and skip the rest.

  3. Writing

We don't republish content. Everything we cover is original writing that explains what happened, why it matters, and what you can do about it — with the backstory and what other companies are doing. Every update links to its original source, so you can go deeper whenever you want.

  4. AI and Human Review

AI curates and writes what we publish, then runs a multi-layer review — each layer checks it against the original source, verifying accuracy, attribution, and that nothing was invented. A final human review is the last step before anything goes live. Together this catches hallucinations and speculation before they reach you. The result is content you can trust — accurate enough to share, clear enough to act on.

  5. Living Updates

A story doesn't end when we hit publish. As new developments land, we keep the post updated — so it stays the current, complete account of the story, all in one place.
