AWS First Major Cloud Provider Supporting NVIDIA RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell GPUs

Amazon EC2 is adding instances accelerated by NVIDIA RTX PRO 4500 Blackwell Server Edition GPUs, announced at NVIDIA GTC 2026. AWS is the first major cloud provider to announce support for these GPUs. The new instances will run on the AWS Nitro System and cover a broad set of workloads: data analytics, conversational AI, content generation, recommender systems, video streaming, video rendering, and graphics-intensive tasks. Availability is listed as coming soon — no release date specified.

This positions AWS ahead of competing cloud providers in Blackwell GPU availability. The RTX PRO 4500 Server Edition is part of NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture, and its addition to EC2 expands the GPU options available to teams building AI inference, analytics, and graphics workloads on AWS.
