Warp Enables Inline Code Review and Feedback for AI Agents

WarpWarp

· Updated

Warp now supports native code reviews and inline commenting for AI agents like Claude Code and Codex directly in the terminal. This creates a structured human-in-the-loop workflow that allows developers to provide granular feedback to agents without leaving their development environment.

Warp launched a dedicated code review panel and inline commenting system for its agentic development environment. When an AI agent like Claude Code generates a code change, you can now view the diff and leave specific comments on individual lines. These comments guide the agent's next iteration.

This update bridges the gap between autonomous execution and human oversight in agentic coding. Previously, correcting an agent required manual file edits or broad conversational prompts. By bringing pull-request-style reviews into the terminal, the platform enables a more precise experience where developers can mentor agents through granular feedback.

You can access these review features by running supported agents within the terminal. The interface handles multi-repo changes and codebase indexing for professional environments. It is available on the latest version of the platform as part of its transition to agentic engineering.

You can now review the code written by Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, and more directly in Warp, and send inline comments straight to the agent. It's like a PR review without having to leave your terminal. Try it out! https://t.co/DuB3QpTkcf
