Vercel AI Gateway Adds Spending Budgets for API Keys

Vercel AI Gateway now lets API keys carry a dollar spending budget. Once a key hits its cap, the gateway rejects further requests until the budget resets or is raised. Each budget takes an optional daily, weekly, or monthly refresh period, and is set in the Vercel dashboard or programmatically via the Vercel CLI.
