Replit, the AI-powered software creation platform, raised $400 million in a new round valuing the company at $9 billion — triple its valuation from six months prior. Investors include Georgian, Coatue, a16z, Craft Ventures, YC, and Qatar Investment Authority, alongside strategic investments from Accenture Ventures, Databricks Ventures, and Okta Ventures.

Replit now reports over 50 million users, with builders from 85% of Fortune 500 companies on the platform, and is on track for $1 billion in run-rate revenue by end of 2026. New capital funds global expansion into Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, alongside product development and infrastructure. The funding was announced alongside Agent 4, which runs parallel agents 10x faster than Agent 3 and introduces a canvas-based design workflow.

Agent 4 is available now on Replit. The update spans apps, slides, videos, and tools within a single unified project.
