Agent Skills protocol to load current regulatory knowledge, including the OBBBA budget bill. This modular approach allows the agent to apply specific tax rules grounded in official IRS materials.Frontier models often struggle with tax work because training data cutoffs miss the latest annual adjustments and new provisions. By packaging expertise as loadable modules, the system avoids the risks of outdated data. It provides a specialized layer of judgment that can identify errors in professionally prepared returns.
You can use the "Navigate my taxes" mode to draft federal returns on official forms or audit prepared filings. Beyond forms, the agent can build custom software for tracking business depreciation or modeling startup equity decisions. This capability is available now within the Perplexity Computer interface.
