OpenClaw Adds ChatGPT History Imports and Agentic Parity Benchmarking

· Updated

OpenClaw, an open-source self-hosted AI assistant that operates across messaging platforms, released v2026.4.11 with a focus on data sovereignty and agent reliability. The new Dreaming module allows users to ingest their entire ChatGPT history, transforming raw logs into a searchable Memory Palace and Imported Insights dashboard within the local UI.

This release addresses the growing need for model-agnostic memory and cross-provider performance tracking. By adding a parity report gate for GPT-5.4 and Opus 4.6, the platform provides a structured way to evaluate how the latest frontier models (the most capable AI models available) handle complex, multi-step agent scenarios within a private environment.

You can now use the openclaw doctor --repair command to optimize your installation for the new provider routing and subagent approval workflows. The update is available via GitHub and npm, featuring improved integrations for Microsoft Teams and Ollama metadata caching to speed up local model discovery.
