Kling AI, a generative video platform from Kuaishou, launched an official Skill that encapsulates its core video and image generation capabilities for third-party agents. This Skill (a packaged set of reusable AI agent capabilities) allows tools like Claude Code and Cursor to perform text-to-video and character management without manual model adaptation.

This update shifts video generation from a standalone API integration to a native agent capability. By providing intent recognition, the Skill automatically routes natural language requests to the correct endpoints for video, image, or element creation. This allows agents to autonomously manage complex creative loops, such as maintaining character consistency across multiple generated assets.

You can now use agentic workflows to generate six-shot storyboards or create reusable character elements for consistent visual storytelling. The Skill requires Node.js 18+ and supports bilingual interactions.
